Anti-fraud charter
Our commitment of trust to candidates
Fundamental principle: the employer pays. AZUFA never charges placement fees to candidates — not to apply, not to be introduced to an employer, and not to secure a place.
Our commitments
- We verify the company and the position BEFORE any introduction — never after the fact.
- A single, identifiable case manager follows your journey from end to end. No anonymous “advisor” changing at every exchange.
- No outcome is guaranteed and no promise is made regarding visa approval: the decision always rests with the consular authorities.
- Our real success rates by corridor are published publicly, without being rounded in our favour.
- Your documents and personal data are only shared with the employers and authorities strictly necessary for your case, with your consent.
AZUFA will NEVER ask you
- you're asked to pay “placement fees”, a “deposit”, an “advance payment”, or “processing fees” to obtain a job, a training place, or a visa;
- you're asked to share the verification code (OTP) you received by email — by phone, WhatsApp, or message;
- you're asked to send money to a person, a travel agency, or a “lawyer” to “guarantee” or “speed up” your visa;
- you're asked to pay for housing or a plane ticket in advance to a private individual before your departure;
- you're asked to hand over your original passport to an intermediary who “keeps it safe” for you.
Recognising a scam attempt
Immigration candidates are frequent targets of scams. Be wary if:
- you're asked for immediate payment to “reserve” a place, often with a sense of urgency (“the offer expires tonight”);
- the first contact comes from a Facebook, WhatsApp, or Telegram profile impersonating AZUFA or an employer — our official communications always go through your candidate account and the @azufa.de address;
- you're promised a “100% guaranteed” visa or processing “without an interview” — this is impossible and illegal;
- you're asked to pay via Western Union, MoneyGram, cryptocurrency, or a personal account;
- the documents you received contain mistakes, free email addresses (gmail, yahoo...) presented as “official”, or a low-quality logo.
Golden rule: never pay in advance. If in doubt, stop everything and report it to us before taking action.
Report fraud
If a situation seems suspicious to you:
Report: report form — response within 24 working hours.
You do not need to be registered on the platform to report. Your report is confidential and also protects other candidates.
