We recruit, verify and support your future qualified talent
AZUFA is not just another job board. We handle document verification, visa compliance and file tracking through to the employee's actual arrival — with a single accountable point of contact.
What sets AZUFA apart from a job board
Document verification
Diplomas, professional registration and identity verified before any introduction to an employer — reducing the risk of a failed hire.
Visa file tracking
A regulatory checklist specific to the Cameroon corridor, with real-time tracking through to the consular decision.
A single point of contact
A dedicated case manager, accountable from start to finish — not an algorithm, not an anonymous ticket.
Support on arrival
Administrative registration, housing, banking: the employee arrives ready to work, not alone facing the bureaucracy.

Sourcing & verification
Qualified candidates identified through our partners, documents verified before any introduction.
Connection
A narrow shortlist presented to the employer — not a raw stream of applications.
Visa file
AZUFA prepares, files and tracks the case with the authorities, with real-time visibility.
Arrival & follow-up
Guided settling-in, with 30- and 90-day follow-ups to secure retention.
Transparency, with no invented figures
Success rate by corridor
Real figures, calculated on cases actually closed — never rounded in our favour. Below 5 comparable cases, AZUFA publishes no statistic rather than inventing one.
See the transparency page →Anti-fraud charter
AZUFA will never ask you to pay to be put in touch with an employer. Unsure about a contact? Reach out to support@azufa.de before taking any action.

Is AZUFA an immigration agency?
No. AZUFA is an international mobility programme run by the association KAGEDEV e.V. Visa case tracking is part of the support provided, but the final decision always rests with the competent authorities.
What pathways does AZUFA offer?
AZUFA offers 4 pathways: vocational training, skilled employment, Au Pair, and FSJ/BFD (volunteering).
Who manages my visa case?
A dedicated AZUFA case manager remains your single point of contact from the start of the process until you settle in Germany.
Can I check that an employer is really an AZUFA partner?
Yes, contact support@azufa.de with the name of the employer or host organisation for confirmation before taking any action.
